The computer and telephone work together for you
A computer – OS X or Windows based – is at the core of today's modern communications. The Hybird 120 Gigaset Edition offers the opportunity to make calls via the computer by using your standard settings. The telephone system is compatible with ESTOS and C4B, enabling the integration of call functions with various applications such as Exchange, Outlook, Lotus Notes, Tobit, David and CRM systems. All Gigaset pro phones can be connected.
Voice applications to support your focus on customer service
Integrated voice applications provide a wide range of solutions to meet your needs. Besides individual calls and group calls, the Hybird system also supports automatic forwarding. Here you have the choice of entering the number of the desired department via the keypad, or dialling an extension directly. Callers on hold listen to your pre-selected music and the greeting announcement replays a recorded message, such as business opening hours.
