Up to 20 users can be registered with the system and multiple telephone calls can be made in parallel.   In addition you can easily synchronize the phone with your computer and import your Outlook contacts, thanks to the integrated TAPI interface and CTI application. When you're not available, voicemail will take the call for you. The system provides numerous professional features as well as comprehensive team functionalities. With the Hybird 120 Gigaset Edition you get everything a small or mid-sized business may need.

The Hybird 120 is compatible with all Gigaset pro products, (DE Serie, Maxwell Basic, Maxwell 3, Maxwell 10 and Gigaset N510 and N720) no matter which facility you offer your employees. With Gigaset pro handsets and desktop phones you can decide for yourself whether you want to walk around during a call or to stay at your desk. Even when you are not in the office, you can easily manage your calls remotely. Activate your voicemail, show your presence, or redirect to your mobile.

The Hybird 120 Gigaset Edition offers the opportunity to make calls via the computer by using your standard settings. The telephone system is compatible with ESTOS and C4B, enabling the integration of call functions with various applications such as Exchange, Outlook, Lotus Notes, Tobit, David and CRM systems. All Gigaset pro phones can be connected.

Voice applications to support your focus on customer service

Integrated voice applications provide a wide range of solutions to meet your needs. Besides individual calls and group calls, the Hybird system also supports automatic forwarding. Here you have the choice of entering the number of the desired department via the keypad, or dialling an extension directly. Callers on hold listen to your pre-selected music and the greeting announcement replays a recorded message, such as business opening hours.
