Dear customer, do you have a defective Gigaset Pro device?

You can already benefit from fast processing by our professional repair service when sending in a repair.

Please fill out the repair order form completely, print and sign it and send it to us together with the defective device.

We will immediately send you back a pre-replacement device. You have up to 21 days after receipt to send in the defective device. If we do not receive it within this period, we will unfortunately have to charge you for the pre-exchange device.

After completing and sending the form, you will be shown the return address for your defective device.

A separate repair order is required for each device!
