With the weatherproof Gigaset outdoor camera, you can now also reliably monitor your garden, entrance area or garage. In combination with your Gigaset smart home alarm system or as a stand-alone solution, the weatherproof camera reliably alerts you to any detected movement. With real-time video transmission, you can also keep an eye on what's happening on your property from your smartphone at all times. Thanks to the HD quality, even small details are clearly visible, while infrared additionally provides clear night vision of up to 15m.

Security is this smart: Internet connection via WLAN or Ethernet

Your home is always in view - even when you can't be there: The Gigaset outdoor camera can be connected to the Internet either via WLAN (WPA2 and TKIP) or via a network cable (Ethernet LAN). If the camera detects movement on your property, it immediately records a 30-second video (depending on the camera package selected) - in addition, you are immediately informed via push message on your smartphone using the Gigaset elements app. Thanks to the real-time video transmission, you can now check what's happening on your property and take immediate action in case of an emergency. You're at work and a storm is coming? Simply check via your cell phone whether everything is okay in your garden.

How to install security: mounting on the wall of the house

With the Gigaset outdoor camera, you can secure your home all around - and in just a few steps, from mounting to use. First, decide where you want to install the outdoor camera. Now check whether the WLAN signal is sufficient at this location, or decide on a LAN connection via network cable. Then drill a hole in the corresponding wall, through which the connection cable is led into the interior of the house. Important: Make absolutely sure that there is a power connection near the camera. Now the camera is attached to the house wall from the outside. All further configurations can be done easily via the free Gigaset elements app.
