The intelligent alarm call system in the extended version: system + DECT telephone

The sensor-based assistance system consists of:

  • smart sensors that are simply attached to doors, windows and in the room of the senior apartment.
  • the smart care app, which can be used to set the sensors individually (routines).

In the event of irregularities in the daily routine of the senior citizens, the system informs the family members by push message or optionally by automated alarm call.
Example: The house is left at an unusual time.

The app allows individual settings such as:

  • Deposit of individual parameters for the single routines (e.g. number of meals, ventilation periods, number of bath visits)
  • Definition of an inactivity period

The app regularly reports whether everything is in order - clearly with the green-yellow-red traffic light logic:

  • Display of sensor information
  • Notification in case of alarm
  • "All is well" messages when the sensors detect no abnormalities.
  • Routines can be flexibly adapted to the changing behavior of the resident and, if necessary, switched off completely.


Gigaset E380 care: Senior-friendly DECT phone

In all alarm situations (e.g. night sleep, alarm button), the system triggers an automated alarm call via the DECT phone:

  • Alarm call to four stored phone numbers - in addition to the push message and display in the app.
  • The stored numbers are each called up to four times.
  • If one of these numbers accepts the call, the DECT phone in the senior's home automatically switches to hands-free and open listening - so he can talk to his relatives even if he can't reach the phone at the moment.
