The return right does not apply to commercial customers but only to private buyers.

A revocation addresses itself exclusively to consumers in the sense of § 13 Civil Code (BGB). According to this, a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to either his commercial or his self-employed professional activity.

In your order the delivery address as well as the invoice address were your company address, thus a contract of sale between two companies has been concluded.

Therefore a return is not possible.
